The Genetics Division is responsible for offering Genetics courses across several undergraduate programs at UNIFESP – São Paulo Campus. In total, it provides 462 hours of required coursework and approximately 1,000 hours of elective courses, reflecting its broad contribution to the education of students in health and technology fields.

In addition to regular theoretical and practical courses, the Genetics Division offers elective curricular internships for the Biomedical Sciences program, with a strong emphasis on hands-on training and integration with laboratory activities, including:

These internships allow future biomedical professionals to deepen their knowledge in applied genetics and molecular diagnostics, contributing to technical and scientific training aligned with current demands in the biomedical field.
